JAG Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
- We are seeking a Physician Assistant with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation to work in our dynamic and patient-centered environment.
- As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
- You will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal recovery and function.
- In addition to your clinical expertise, we value strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and develop treatment plans to address various musculoskeletal conditions.
- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer injections, conduct wound care, and manage pain management protocols as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, develop treatment strategies, and address concerns.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or eligibility to sit for the PA-C exam.
- 2+ years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or related field, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- CPR certification and valid state licensure (if applicable).
