About the Role:

  • Review consumer assessments for long-term care services and supports, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting healthcare quality
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address clinical quality gaps
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and education to support project objectives
  • Develop effective communication strategies to engage with diverse populations

Essential Qualifications:

  • NY State Nurse Practitioner licensure
  • Board certification
  • Professional liability insurance with adequate coverage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Proficiency in using computers and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Recent physical examination by a licensed physician
  • Up-to-date PPD testing or alternative methods
  • Tdap vaccination within the past decade
  • MMR and Varicella titers
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or declination statement
  • Covid-19 vaccination
  • Influenza vaccine
