- Provide technical input and review of design, construction, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver projects successfully.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a higher degree preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industries, with a specialty in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- 5 years of field experience, including construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, and international codes, standards, and specifications.
- Dynamic attitude towards project improvements and savings, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects.
- Ability to work in multinational teams and mobilize to different locations, including remote areas, as needed.
