Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services to special education students in our district. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse needs and be able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional ability and independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to special education students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and clinics
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional ability and independence
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support for students
Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Be a currently licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of North Carolina
Have experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work effectively in a team environment
