Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise branch employees, organizing schedules, coaching, and conducting performance appraisals to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Manage scheduling, time cards, and training for all branch staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor branch performance to ensure goals are met and align with organizational standards.
  • Assist employees with escalated problem resolution and directly service member needs.
Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency certification, at least one year of supervisory experience in a financial institution, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
