Job Overview

Under the supervision of the Radiology Director, performs CT and X-Ray examinations.

The ideal candidate will have independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation and/or radiopharmaceutcals to obtain CT and/or X-Ray images.

They will perform all work with accord to the mission, vision, and values of Mercy.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Minimum 2-year AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology or associate/baccalaureate degree.
  • Licensure: Certification with ARRT. CT and/or X-Ray registered or registry eligible within 12 months of hire.
  • Experience: 12 months experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Must obtain American Heart Association BLS within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 6 months).
  • Other: Good oral and written communication skills.
