About The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory
The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory is seeking a highly skilled Grants and Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development department, you will play a critical role in reviewing applications, contracts, and grants for compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the director of development in preparing grants, new program proposals, and applications, and provide information regarding potential funding sources.
- Act as liaison between contracting parties, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Review and process development department grant agreements and foundation requests, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to foundations, local, state, and federal grants and contracts, as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in the contract field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
