- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
