**Job Description:

As a CNC Machinist Supervisor at NETFORM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our CNC turning and milling activities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support for all production processes, focusing on setup, changeovers, and program management.

  • Establish and maintain a streamlined setup process to minimize downtime and optimize production capacity.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to upload and update the latest CNC programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor tool wear and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve product quality.
  • Maintain lathe gantry programs, manage tooling areas, and perform routine machine checks.
  • Train colleagues to enhance team capabilities and ensure operational consistency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To excel in this role, you must possess hands-on experience with Fanuc CNC controls, a minimum of 7+ years' experience in CNC machining, and a strong understanding of M and G code programming. Additionally, you should be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, have knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques, and be fluent in G, D, and T languages.
