Responsibilities:
- Complete a comprehensive credentialing process that includes: verification of State License, submission of resume, providing three references, county, federal, and multi-state criminal searches, nationwide sex offender search, HHS/OIG search, GSA search, and SAM search.
- Provide physical therapy support under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients to restore function and mobility.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- State License Verification required
- CPR (fundamental facilities) certification
- Must-Have: 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray, Social Security Number Trace, Negative Drug Screen Results, and Evidence of Bilingual abilities is not required
