Diesel Mechanic

Job Summary:

Diesel Technicians at Loves Travel Stops and Country Stores work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities with friendly faces. They interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and days better.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Loves).
