Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care to assigned areas, including medical supervision and leadership to the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in clinical research projects and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and procedures.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement and use evidence-based practices to achieve preeminent healthcare and service.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to advance medical research and education.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from a Medical School recognized by the North Carolina Medical Board.
- Completed residency training and board certification in the primary medical specialty or subspecialty.
- Fully licensed to practice medicine in the state of NC and meets requirements of the Moses Cone Health System Medical Staff by-laws.
- Experience in a leadership role or medical education.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty or subspecialty.
