Job Summary:

We are seeking a Deli Host to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Deli Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing deli products, and maintaining a clean and stocked deli area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deli Product Preparation: Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, sandwiches, and wraps according to company guidelines.
• Store Maintenance: Assist in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Food Preparation Skills: Ability to prepare deli products according to company guidelines and maintain a clean and safe food preparation environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds, with the ability to work in various temperatures.
