Salary

As an Over-the-Road Tractor/Trailer Driver, you can expect a competitive pay scale of $.47-.60 per mile, plus a daily per diem. With a strong focus on driver retention, we offer a retention incentive of $7,000 after one year of employment, or a driver's choice of a different payout.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers to hit the road and enjoy plenty of miles while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As an Over-the-Road Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting materials to and from customers across the United States, excluding New York City, California, Canada, and Mexico.

We offer pre-set weekly work schedules, newer leased company equipment, and a company-matched retirement plan. Our positive and structured paid training program will ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

  • Responsibilities include daily inspections of truck equipment, reporting necessary repairs, and maintaining the overall appearance of assigned vehicles.
  • You'll also be responsible for completing daily logs and necessary paperwork in a timely manner, adhering to assigned work schedules, and being flexible to the changing needs of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
  • A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A is required.
