About the Role

This position is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the F-16 production and sustainment team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, and modification, with a focus on egress systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production and sustainment teams on egress system maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action investigations to resolve production issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on egress system maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, modification, repair, and overhaul on fighter aircraft egress systems.
  • Previous experience with F-16/ACES II seat build-up, rail build-up in aircraft production.
  • Experience with Shop Floor Manager/Solumina and Quality Inspector roles.
  • Ability to problem solve, lead a team, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
