Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Director to join our team at Blue Roc Premier Family of Companies. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of running an apartment community, enhancing its financial growth, and maintaining a positive high energy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily community operations, including financial management, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, multitask, and manage competing deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field, preferably in an Assistant Manager position.
  • College degree helpful but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software, such as Entrata/Avid.
  • Valid Driver's License.
