About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Exercise Specialist to become a valuable member of our team at Breakthrough Fit Co. As a respected personal training studio, we strive to create a supportive environment where individuals can thrive. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design and implement customized fitness plans, focusing on their unique needs and goals. A successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of exercise science, and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing fitness assessments to identify clients' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Creating personalized workout plans that cater to individual needs and preferences.
  • Providing education on proper gym equipment usage and exercise techniques.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized workout environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current certification as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
  • Familiarity with physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is beneficial.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
