Retina Specialist

Position Overview
The Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at Rutgers University is seeking applications for two full-time faculty roles within the Division of Vitreoretinal Surgery. The successful candidates will possess significant clinical expertise and a dedication to resident education, as well as a commitment to fostering nationally recognized programs in clinical and/or translational research.

About the Institute
This Institute is a dynamic clinical and academic entity, with approximately 75% of faculty members achieving or exceeding the AUPO 75th percentile in clinical productivity. The Institute also boasts a fully accredited residency training program and serves a comprehensive catchment area.

Key Responsibilities
The selected individuals will be expected to:

• Engage in high-level clinical practice in vitreoretinal surgery.
• Contribute to the education and training of residents.
• Participate in the development of innovative research programs.

Position Status
This is a full-time position.

• Strong clinical skills in ophthalmology.
