Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical care for urgent, preventative, chronic, and progressive care to pediatric, geriatric, adolescent, and adult patients.
Treat the full range of family practice cases and perform most diagnostic and treatment procedures without further direction.
Instruct patients on specific treatments, as well as in preventative care.
Observe and abide by the medical staff bylaws, service unit policies and procedures, and all applicable federal and state rules and regulations.
Complete forms directly related to patient care, which must be completed by a physician, and issue all patient referrals, as needed.
Requirements:
Current Family Medicine Physician license in any state
5.3.2 The Contractor will be responsible to maintain a current Heart Association BLS certification as required

Work Schedule:
The Physician will work four 8-hour days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (except Federal Holidays). Hours will typically be 8:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Services are required at 32 hours per week. There will be no on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Location:
The clinic operates in Rock Hill, SC. The Physician will clinically supervise two Physician Assistants and oversee the laboratory.
