TheraEx Therapy is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Collaborate with the occupational therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote patient independence and functional ability.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Active California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant License.
- BLS Card.
