About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Party Host to create a fun and engaging experience for our visitors at KidZania. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for setting up party rooms, greeting guests, and maintaining control and timing of the party.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up party rooms to create a relaxed and positive environment
  • Greet and direct guests to their party room
  • Maintaining control and timing of the party
  • Serving food/beverages to guests
  • Organizing gifts (from guests' arrival to departure)
  • Answering guest's questions and concerns in a polite and respectful manner
  • Follow all safety measures
  • Cleaning and resetting party rooms

Our Team Members:

  • Provide excellent guest service experience
  • Create a fun and exciting atmosphere
  • Exhibit positive attitude, patience, and care
  • Must be friendly, punctual, and reliable
  • Can communicate effectively
  • Have a strong focus on customer service

Schedules/Job Types:

  • Full-time, Part-time
  • Day shift (Primarily Weekends during the school year, or Weekdays during school Holidays)
  • Morning shift (Primarily on Weekdays During Field Trips during the school year)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability Preferred
  • Weekends only
