Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and implement inspection acceptance and rejection standards, along with maintenance protocols for newly qualified equipment.

  2. Provide on-site support as needed during equipment installation and service execution to ensure adherence to operational procedures and contractual obligations.

  3. Oversee and validate all critical pre-job inspection processes related to service contractors' equipment.

  4. Facilitate effective training and development for personnel in Drilling and Completion engineering, operations, procurement, and logistics regarding the implementation of endorsed quality assurance practices.

  5. Assist in establishing processes and take primary responsibility for monitoring and benchmarking progress in all quality assurance initiatives.
  6. Provide quality and technical support during clarification meetings with contracts engineers throughout supplier evaluations.

  7. Collaborate with Supply & Procurement to create and maintain a management system that effectively tracks supplier performance in terms of pricing and timeliness of materials and services.

  8. Offer guidance and training to other Quality Engineers and Quality Analysts on all QA/QC related matters and procedures.
  9. Establish and uphold processes to monitor and benchmark progress in all Quality Assurance activities.

  10. Provide on-site assistance during equipment installation and service execution to ensure compliance with operational procedures and contractual specifications.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
Experience and Knowledge
  • 8 years of experience in drilling or oilfield-related inspection, manufacturing, or quality/procurement, with at least 2 years in a role requiring minimal daily supervision. A general background of 5 years in quality assurance/quality control programs related to goods and services utilized in drilling and completion operations.
