About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Ascension Illinois. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients requiring speech-language therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the need for speech-language therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication needs
  • Provide therapy interventions using standard therapy techniques and skills
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and progress
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required
  • Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the State of Illinois required
  • Master's or doctoral degree in speech pathology or communication sciences and disorders preferred
