Job Title: OpenShift Platform Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Platform Engineer to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure OpenShift environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement OpenShift environments for our clients
  • Develop and maintain custom Helm charts for application deployment
  • Troubleshoot application issues in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product deployment, upgrade, and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain Docker images, containers, and S2I images
  • Work with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and GIT for CI/CD automation
  • Administer and manage Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log analysis and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain Linux shell scripts for automation and troubleshooting
  • Provide expert-level support for WebSphere Application Server V9 and IBM HTTP server
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure 24/7 problem-solving and monitoring of system and network performance

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working on Kubernetes/OpenShift
  • 8+ years of experience in Linux shell scripting
  • 5+ years of experience in application containerization management
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices, infrastructure, scripting/programming
  • Strong knowledge of OpenShift, Azure DevOps, ELK Stack, Docker, SonarQube, Linux, Bash, Shell, S2I, Python, NGINX, WebSphere, LDAP
