About the Job

Crash Champions is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team. As an ADAS Calibration Specialist, you will be responsible for performing mobile services, including ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and electrical repairs. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, sending service documentation, and assisting subordinate team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and electrical repairs
  • Communicate with customers and send service documentation
  • Assist subordinate team members with difficult tasks
  • Maintain daily or weekly production quota
  • Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned by dispatching team
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing all automotive systems
  • Strong technological skills, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
  • Strong working knowledge in ADAS and electrical performed services
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Continuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to read and understand factory and non-factory service information
  • Ability to perform and analyze vehicle health analysis scans with factory and non-factory tooling
  • Ability to read and understand vehicle wiring schematics
  • Ability to perform wire/connector repair and/or replacement
  • Ability to program vehicles with factory or non-factory software
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of electrical diagnostic equipment, including multimeters, power probes, and resistors. They will also be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments and have a safe driving record.
