ShiftCode Analytics is seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to lead our projects and teams in Columbus, OH. This is an onsite position requiring 12 Months+ of commitment.
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Successful Projects: Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technology project delivery experience, with 3+ years on large transformation programs (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
- Develop Team Members: As a practicing Scrum Master, you will be responsible for developing team members through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
- Manage Work Visibility in JIRA: You will ensure that all work is properly tracked and managed within our JIRA system.
- Interact with Individuals Across Levels: Our Scrum Master will interact with individuals across various levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist Project Management: You will assist our Project Management team with governance and ITIL Change Management practices.
- Ensure Accurate Time Reporting: Our ideal candidate will ensure accurate time reporting within budget.
- Scrum Master Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master, with knowledge and demonstration of agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework.
- Lean Concepts and Principles: You should have knowledge and application of Lean concepts and principles.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management and/or Business Administration is required.
- Past Developer Experience: Past developer experience is a plus.
- Utilities Industry Experience: Experience working in the utilities industry is also preferred.
- Professional Scrum Master Certification: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
