About the Role

As a Sales Associate in our Outlet Store, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Guest Service (Face to Face) (45%): Greet and qualify guests, present products and services, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Merchandising/Pricing (25%): Help keep the Outlet merchandise priced and organized to increase sales.
  • Customer Account Management (10%): Manage customer relationships and provide personalized service.
  • Personal Business Development (5%): Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales administrative duties.
  • Participate in team involvement and professional development.
  • Adhere to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for the role.

Requirements:

  • Education & Work Experience: High-School/Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Type of experience in or from a related field preferred.
  • Work Environment & Schedule: 5 days a week / Nights, weekends, holidays as part of a flexible and accommodating full-time 40 hour per week schedule.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing, walking, as well as light physical demands merchandising and presenting products to customers.
  • Technology Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.) and Proficient using Apple Apps, and General PC experience.
