Job Description Summary

This role involves working within the Records Center to retrieve requested media (paper, film, CD, fiche) for both internal and external departments. Responsibilities include imaging records into the Automated Workflow Distributor (AWD) and adhering to scheduled Record Retention policies while assisting customers with routine inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify insurance products by policy number.
  • Retrieve necessary media to fulfill customer requests.
  • Image records into the Automated Workflow Distributor (AWD).
  • Adhere to Record Retention schedules as required.
  • Communicate with customers regarding policy inquiries, forms, and documents.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient data entry and 10-key skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Effective interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of work.
