Mobile crisis services in Washington County cater to individuals of all ages facing a mental health emergency.

Our dedicated team offers on-site crisis intervention and connects individuals to suitable services and resources. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time roles, providing flexibility in scheduling. This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. What to anticipate:

This role presents an opportunity to deliver crisis intervention, de-escalation, and support to community members experiencing behavioral health crises.


Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering immediate support and interventions to manage acute symptoms of mental health issues, substance use, or emotional distress.
- Evaluating the necessity for crisis services, follow-up interventions, and transition plans as clinically required.
- Keeping an updated knowledge of community resources and services.

What we require from you:
- A master's degree in a relevant field.

Possession of one of the following:

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- A minimum of two years of positively referenced work, student, or volunteer experience.

A valid driver's license with three points or fewer and access to an insured vehicle.
