  • Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and impartial manner.
  • Training and Development: Develops and/or acquires training and development to aid diversity and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
