Wirebonder Technician

We are seeking a skilled Wirebonder Technician to join our team at NEO Tech. As a Wirebonder Technician, you will be responsible for operating automatic and manual wire bond equipment in a clean-room environment to manufacture high-reliability microelectronic devices.

• Set up and run automatic and manual wire bond equipment
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and work instruction processes
• Inspect devices for defects before and after assembly
• Comply with all ESD and handling requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto wirebonder/Auto ribbon bonder in a microelectronic assembly factory
• Familiarity with MIL-PRF-38534 requirements for microelectronics' assembly
• Ability to work in a class 100,000 (class 8) clean room environment
• Ability to work with a 30X microscope and access documents using a computer
• Fluency in English Language - Reading, written & spoken
