Host - Florence

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Host to join our team at Ford's Garage Florence. The ideal candidate will have a warm and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and entertaining guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Managing the efficient and timely seating of guests.
• Answering phones, taking reservations, and handling guest inquiries.
• Processing Curbside To-Go orders and maintaining a clean and organized host area.
• Assisting with table maintenance and bussing for prompt seating.
• Maintaining restaurant safety and sanitation standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and handling guest concerns with courtesy.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and a fully engaged, service-minded attitude.
• Food Safety certification, as state law requires.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Basic computer usage skills.
