We are looking for an experienced Optician who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and expertise in eyewear selection. As a highly skilled professional, you will work closely with patients to understand their unique needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations on frames and lenses that cater to their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients to discuss their eyewear requirements and preferences
  • Provide expert guidance on frame selection, ensuring a perfect fit and style that suits each individual's personality
  • Take precise facial measurements to guarantee optimal frame alignment
  • Explain various lens materials and options in detail, helping patients make informed decisions
  • Promote our in-house lab services, preparing specific orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Clearly explain pricing, insurance, and payment options to patients, addressing any concerns they may have
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPPA regulations at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Optician is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients and colleagues alike
  • Showcase strong customer service skills, prioritizing patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Earn the trust of patients by being honest and transparent in all interactions
  • Foster a positive working environment by getting along well with coworkers and maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability, consistently meeting deadlines and responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required for this role. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
