Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence and quality of life.
Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to maintain physical function and comfort.
Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
Manage household needs, including laundry, cleaning, and organization.
Provide companionship and respite services to support clients and their families.

Requirements:

A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred.
Hoyer lift experience is a plus.
A negative TB skin test or chest x-ray is required.
Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred).
Dementia/Hospice experience, including end-of-life care, is a plus.
A minimum of one year of documented experience is required.
Pass a drug test and background check.
