Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time position in a Massachusetts school district. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality services to students in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students in an elementary-middle school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- MA license required or ability to acquire before starting
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF certification
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
