  • Maintains the company's compliance intranet site as an education and informational sharing tool, providing easy access to relevant resources and documentation.
  • Assists managers in the development and delivery of compliance training programs, ensuring all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
  • Maintains all electronic files, reports, and documents related to compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Monitors compliance activities at regulatory agencies and informs managers, directors, and business units of any changes or updates.
  • Communicates new or revised compliance documentation to relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Provides oversight, analysis, and guidance to employees and/or business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepares executive management reports on compliance activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Performs spot checks of business unit controls, analyzes results, and presents findings to management.
  • Conducts benchmarking research on best practices in compliance and regulatory affairs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Works with relevant departments to gain agreement, make changes, and revise the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or Senior Officer Code as necessary.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Grad/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years of experience
