We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Prevea Outpatient Pediatrics team in the Green Bay area. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and execute treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care.
- Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services.
- Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and self-professional advancement.
- Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, therapy program development, and interdisciplinary team engagement.
- Graduate degree from an accredited program meeting state licensure requirements.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
