Job Description

We are seeking talented Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) in the Greater St. Louis area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. LCSWs play a critical role in our team, providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $75,000 - $95,000 per year, with unlimited earning potential. We also offer great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, three weeks' vacation, and more.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must be independently licensed in the state of Missouri (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) and have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents or across the lifespan. A hybrid role is available, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
