Mixologist

The Mixologist plays a crucial role in the hospitality sector, responsible for crafting and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons at the bar and supporting lounge servers. This position also includes serving food to customers seated at the bar and assisting with overall lounge service as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to Land's End's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
2. Prepare the bar area before service, ensuring adequate supplies of ice, garnishes, mixers, spirits, wines, and beers.
3. During service, accurately prepare and serve drinks as ordered through the point-of-sale system, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar.
4. Manage the ambiance by adjusting lighting, temperature, and music to enhance guest enjoyment.
5. At the end of the shift, secure all alcoholic beverages and complete closing duties, ensuring the bar is clean and ready for the next service period.
6. Perform the role of server when required and assist with various tasks as directed.
7. Report any incidents of alcohol misuse or safety concerns to management promptly.
8. Assist management with inventory management and ordering processes as needed.
9. Accurately reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid TAM Card.
2. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes and policies.
3. Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
4. Must comply with Land's End's dress code and conduct standards.
