About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Shuttle Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing frontline associates, handling customer complaints, and ensuring the smooth operation of our shuttle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage frontline associates, including shuttle drivers and maintenance personnel
  • Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
  • Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management
  • Make recommendations for hiring, appraising employee productivity, and disciplining employees
  • Assist in training shuttle drivers and providing customer service training
  • Patrol and monitor safety and cleanliness of shuttle vehicles and facility
  • Act as point of contact for damage claims and ensure incidents are dealt with completely
  • Assist in reviewing work schedules and reconciling time cards
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience in the parking, customer service, and/or hospitality industries
  • Organized, honest, and thoughtful individual with a flexible schedule
  • Impeccable conversational and written communication skills
  • Exceptional way with people and ability to bring extraordinary results
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight
  • Experience with scheduling and payroll
