Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the production and delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Management Training Program to develop managerial skills
  • Assist the manager in all activities relating to store operations, including production, delivery, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including safety and security protocols
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain store efficiency
  • Train and develop team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and store productivity
  • Monitor and analyze daily sales and profitability data to inform business decisions
  • Perform other related duties as required to maintain store sanitation, productivity, and profitability

Requirements:

  • Open availability (40 to 50 hours per week)
  • Full-time commitment
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
