Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred.
- Vent/Trach experience a plus.
- Must be committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents.
- Competitive hourly rate of $39-$48 per hour.
