Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Pell's esteemed restaurant, The Helmway. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting an exceptional guest experience by delivering expertly mixed cocktails, providing attentive service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare and mix cocktails according to our standards, using high-quality ingredients and presentation techniques.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and inventory.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage liquor inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a background in hospitality or a related field.
  • Age Requirement: Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, according to local state laws.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform medium work.
  • Previous Experience: Previous bartending experience is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
