Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Mission Valley. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families, and document patient interactions.
- Practice infection control and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.
- Current California LVN license.
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- One year of outpatient experience as LVN or LPN.
- Experience in an outpatient setting.
