Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Intern will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist, along with other members of the Marketing & Communications team. As a vital part of a dynamic team that functions as the company's internal creative agency, you will gain valuable insights into the commercial real estate sector.
  • Assist in the identification, planning, and execution of innovative communication, marketing, and promotional strategies.
  • Develop and manage content for the company's social media platforms.
  • Analyze data related to social media and email campaign performance.
  • Engage in digital media and web initiatives, including SEO, Facebook Marketing, and Google Ads to support tenant acquisition efforts.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • Proficient in social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot is highly desirable.
