We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Ironman Staffing Medical Services, Inc. as a Operating Room Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the nursing care provided to patients having operative or other invasive procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and administrative leadership to the nursing team.
- Implement the nursing process to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of patient care and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled nurses to provide exceptional patient care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operating Room nursing, with at least 3 years of experience in nurse management.
- Current New York State License as a Registered Nurse.
- National Certification in area of expertise preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
