  • Submit electronic filings to the NYCDOB and the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to issue the ACP5 Asbestos Assessment Report within 24-48 hours upon receiving laboratory results.
  • Sign and stamp the ACP5 form as a licensed New York City Asbestos Investigator, delivering the report electronically to the client, architect, or expeditor.
  • Maintain meticulous records of inspection findings, test results, certifications, and manufacturer's documentation pertaining to non-asbestos status of building materials used in projects.
  • Stay abreast of evolving NYS/NYC regulations, industry best practices, and advancements in asbestos inspection techniques and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid license as an Asbestos Inspector and Investigator from both the New York State and New York City regulatory authorities.
  • Demonstrate proven experience and expertise in conducting asbestos investigations, sampling, and analysis in accordance with NYS and NYC regulations.
