Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements, set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or templates, and observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction.
  • Quality Control: Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance, ensuring product meets quality requirements.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and assist other Operators to set up machines and complete necessary tasks to meet deadlines and product completion.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 5 operators, providing assistance where needed and ensuring a smooth production process.
