McLaren USA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Inpatient Rehab. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As an Occupational Therapist at McLaren USA, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with a focus on inpatient rehabilitation. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific impairments and promote functional ability
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Monitor and reassess patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff and students, ensuring adherence to state laws and department policies
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Current State Board of Occupational Therapy licensure
  • BLS certification
  • 1+ year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in inpatient rehab
