Key Responsibilities- Process Release of Information (ROI) document requests
- Assist in sorting, prepping, and scanning patient documents
- Maintain tracking logs of ROI requests
- Work under the general supervision of the Health Record Technician (HRT) II (Supervisor)
- One year of California state service clerical experience, including training and supervised work experience in the procurement and processing of health data
- Or two years of clerical experience in the medical or health records section of a health facility
